Founded in 1895 Pollitena is a restaurant in San Sebastian with more than a century of life. Ours is a homemade cuisine based on traditional Basque cuisine. Fish soup, Vegetable stew, Hake "Pollitena" ... dishes that have long been a reference and can not miss in the menu. The decor is classic and very cozy according to our philosophy of the familiar and close. Every detail shows the essence of the premises, the windows, the cupboard, the radiators ...
