Krep'Herria Quebec; crepe country !! Evokes Quebec (former French colony) as a nation, heir to the culture, idiom to, religion and traditions of their homeland. A culinary custom that was transmitted generation after generation is the art of crepe, converted at breakfast of choice in most homes "Quebecois" !! Since 2010, Quebec Krep'Herria (formerly Cafe Quebec) wanted to bring this tradition to Euskal Herria, of course, with respect to local tastes. So, we offer a variety of handmade crepes (sweet and savory), plus homemade waffles (really !!!) Made to the times, milkshakes, and, of course, excellent coffee !!
