PIZZAS 72 HOURS FERMENTATION We achieve the quality of authentic Italian pizza with three full days of natural fermentation of our dough. Time makes the difference. MOZZARELLA FACTORY We have a workshop where the cheeses (burrata, mozzarella, provola, smoked…) that we use in our menu are elaborated with great care. ALL NATURAL, WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES We are lovers of natural products, that is why we do not use preservatives in our creations. The authentic taste is that of the products.
