Bar 1805 Ibiza, open since 2012, is the brainchild of visionary cocktail artisan and Balearic legionnaire Charles Vexenat, a French avant-garde with an Ibicenco heart. One of the world’s most highly regarded barmen who has himself received numerous industry awards for his creations during his career.
