Es Mercat is born from the product. We want to reclaim the fruits and vegetables of our land, the delicacies of our sea, the love we profess for the Iberian pig, the tireless search of our wineries to make the most exquisite broths, the Sunday aperitif with friends around the vermouth , the habit of eating sharing each dish and the pleasure of having a beer well spilled one sunny morning. We are the meeting point between kilometer zero and seasonal produce, freshly caught, freshly picked, from producer to plate, always fresh, always wild.
