About

We are an Italian Bistrot located in Old Town, Ibiza, open from breakfast to dinner. Our cuisine is inspired by traditional Italian recipes, interpreted with a contemporary twist. We define our cooking style as eclectic and dynamic, however we prepare our dishes using techniques and preparations that don't alter the taste but rather highlight the high quality of the ingredients. We offer a wide array of fish- and meat-based plates, ranging from seafood crudo, tartare and oysters to Bistecca alla Fiorentina and, of course, pasta and pizza. We have a very broad yet selected cellar, with wines and champagnes from Italy, France and Spain. Our outdoor seating is the perfect spot for a drink with friends or a meal "al fresco", with a beautiful view of the castle in Dalt Vila.
