Our buckwheat integral dough is a biologic and 100% no-gluten flour, also a 1st prize winner since 7 years. We are dedicated to traditions, following the french path, all are recipe are homemade with the best selected ingredients, we don't use proceeded food. All creams, caramels,jams,chocolates,whipped cream, are homemade, as well we wash,clean,cut,cook for you any of our vegetables and meats. We are also importing french cheeses to ensure that you will enjoy the real flavor of your meal. We choosed not to sell industrial hot-dogs, then you ll appreciate our artesanal french milk bread bun and this 20cm artesanal 100% beef sausage from the famous greman butcher shop in Ibiza. And not to forget our fresh fried churros that you can enjoy at anytime of our opening hours. See you soon !!
