When Texas Longhorns founder Philip moved to Sweden, he soon began to miss his hometown of San Antonio, Texas. Using his family recipes, he opened his first restaurant in Stockholm in 1994, creating a space that reminded him of everything he had left behind. It became a haven for himself and anyone who wanted to feel at home in Texas. Now, with over 30 restaurants, Philip can almost say he has cured his homesickness.
