A contemporary vision of Empordà cuisine. This is the essence of Castell Peralada Restaurant and the legacy that our chef Xavi Sagristà left us. Now Javi Martínez, with whom he shared experiences for 15 years, takes over the kitchen of Castell Peralada Restaurant and will continue to share his recipes and his vision of Empordà cuisine to keep on delighting us. The other half of this tandem is, of course, the head waiter and sommelier Toni Gerez. With his enormous charisma and passion, he will continue to keep alive the gastronomic experience that he created with Xavi Sagristà and that led them to achieve a Michelin Star and a Sol Repsol.
