'La Concha' is a spacious holiday home with approx. 120 m² of living space located in a lush garden of lawn, flowers and fruit trees. The villa is located in the quiet residential area of Riells and the property (about 1000 m²) is enclosed by high walls. The house now has air-conditioning. The pool is 5 x 10m and ranges from 0,6 to 2,20 m in depth. The pool and the garden are maintained by a gardener and pool service. The pool is normally available from the beginning of May until October. Further written information (in German or English) is available on request.
