Restaurant Casa Eladio was donde in 1965 by Eladio Cabello Serrano. It was managed by Jose Eladio Cabello Santaella (Founder's Son)for 38 years during the golden age of Marbella. Nowadays his son, Carlos A. Cabello Jiménez (Family's third generation) is running the business. After a few years working and learning with the best spanish chefs, he has returned home, keeping Casa Eladio's essence since their beginning.
