A colourful pavilion within an abandoned residential development. The shelter for dogs and their owners draws on cultural references ranging from David Hockney to the Nasrid Dynasty. The structure acts as a gathering space outside the limits of the gated communities that make up much of the area. The Pavilion aims to promote a new relationship between local people and the landscape.
