Hola! Nice to meet you! I am Valentina, founder of Yogalates with Valentina. I am a 200 hour Certified Yoga and Pilates Teacher. I teach in English. I help busy people who work from home to go from tired, stiff, groggy and anxious or stressed to motivated, flexible, calm and energised without coffee, so they can move through a day easier and with less discomfort in low back. I believe that everyone should have access to amazing benefits of yoga, Pilates and meditation, that's why I teach on a beach and online as well.
