In June 2020, after a disastrous management by the former owners, this establishment is acquired by a management, much more professional and with incredible desire to provide this spectacular Rural House with the deserved reputation and qualification that it must have, wishing to position itself as one of the best rural houses of the zone of Denia, and the south of Valencia. This rural house near to Denia has its origins in a mansion of the end of the 19th century, recently reformed, and adapted so that all the guests can enjoy its facilities, at the same time that they feel like in their house. At present we have in our facilities a barbecue, a terrace with fine beach sand, a large outdoor swimming pool, a small leisure area for the children of the family, wireless internet connection and free private parking. In addition, Casa Rural New Palmera has an outdoor swimming pool that is lit up at night and a large garden distributed in lounge terraces. This rural house besides the different rooms, and focused as a Bed & Brekfast with its corresponding breakfast, on the other hand it has common areas, like the terrace, the swimming pool and the bar chiringuito of the terrace which in summer season will offer kitchen with barbecue, cocktails and appetizers. Located in the small town of Ondara on the Costa Blanca, just 4km from the city of Denia, for nature lovers Casa Rural New Palmera is a short distance from the Montgo Nature Reserve, the Pego-Oliva Marshlands Nature Reserve and the ferry to Ibiza. A geographical location that makes it perfect for cycling or hiking, while enjoying nature. The hotel is a short drive from Las Marinas beach in Denia. Located 1 km from the AP-7 motorway and next to the N-332 route. The reception is open from 7:00 to 24:00.
