In Amares Gastronomia we have the philosophy of offering different styles of food in the same space. Diners can choose a gastronomic menu such as fried egg croquettes, truffle and foie and suckling pig of 70ºC, among other dishes, or a market menu such as cachopo, fish and fabada, which will vary depending on what we have to buy that day . There are also menu dishes: starters, from the garden, small casseroles, from the sea and the farm and options for the daring ones, who will have to choose between chipotle sytle prawns, pao bao of Iberian jowl and mussels and snacks of red tuna with ginger, soybeans and mustard, among others. Desserts, cocktails of various kinds and a wine list with more than thirty references.
