In 1972 Nuri, my mother, wanted to start something new. With the milk of the flock of goats of the family, she started to experiment and came up with el Recuit de Drap which is now a well known dessert that you will only find in el Baix Empordà (Costa Brava). This dessert is found in restaruants, butcheries and gourmet stores around our region. My mother had not enough and also started to produce goat half matured cheese, fresh cheese and iogurt and she still wants more! Nowadays, the family keeps running the business with just one workers help who is as a member of the family! Our philosophy and our essence is based on the closeness to our clients, the artisanal and handmade work, the effort and the family.
