OUR HANDS, THE BEST TOOL The production of our products is done using the essential machinery (kneading, forming and laminating). The shape is made by hand, maintaining the same aesthetic that we learned from our ancestors. The doughs used to make the bread of the day are pure spelled and a mixture of wheat and spelled; for the chorizo bun, the one with a mixture of wheat and spelled; and for the ponytail and the hazelnut and walnut roll, the sweet bread dough.
