From the gardeners taking good care of the harvest to the chefs picking the vegetables daily, our whole team is committed to using the best available ingredients from our surroundings, starting by our on-site organic orchard that you can even see for yourself on your way up to the restaurant, as well as the botanic garden located by one of our terraces, from where we extract the herbs that season our dishes prepared with the outmost passion and dedication.
