Taberna la cana is a unique place in Playa del ingles specialised in Spanish tapas, fresh meats, roasted lamb, paellas, fresh seafood and fish. A restaurant with modern design and ambient but with strong Spanish tradition in our cooking methods and flavours. Come to try our paellas made with fresh seafood from the Galician coast, fresh free range chicken from Galicia, homemade broths and high quality rice "arroz bomba". Another favourite of ours is the fresh suckling roasted lamb from Segovia. We cook the lamb for 24 hours at a low temperature with a little virgin olive oil garlic and rosemary. An amazing treat for those who love lamb. Reservations are recommended as we have limited portions weekly. For the carnivorous we also have a 28 days matured rib steak of beef from Avila, a very well know area in Spain for this type of meat cuts. We also recommend asking for the daily specials as the kitchen team are always doing their best to present new and amazing dishes and flavours.
