Nestling in the heart of the Basque Country, in the centre of the picturesque village of St-Pée-sur-Nivelle, the hotel, bistro and restaurant La Nivelle has been continuing the family tradition of hospitality and good food for four generations. The Hotel La Nivelle is a beautiful Basque house standing elegantly in the centre of the village of St Pée-sur-Nivelle, bordered by the Atlantic Ocean and the Pyrenees. La Nivelle is above all a family business where the pleasure of receiving guests and sharing with them the pleasures of the local Basque specialities has been a time-honoured tradition since 1910. The Nivelle is managed by brothers Pascal and Sebastien BERROTARAN, the 4th generation of the family, who have recently given the establishment a facelift. These changes have succeeded in preserving the character, while at the same time injecting a few modern touches.
