Barbiana is located at the top of the main square in Sanlucar. The whole place buzzes at the weekends filled with locals. Service is interesting! You have to be confident and show you want to be served as the waiters rush between the tables. Speaking some Spanish helps but they are quite patient. The food was great - a must try is the Papas Alinas con Melva, basically potatoes with onions and garlic with a lump of tuna on top.
