The culinary experience starts in the sea at Mesa Madre which for several years was docked in the mountains of Mexico celebrating the fusion cuisine created by the International Chef Sara López. Passionate about the depths of the oceans and its vast diversity, Mesa Madre – led by Sara López – is a space where all fish and shellfish dishes commemorate the genuine love for food and the connections through your senses. Joyful, fresh and honest, this is the Mesa Madre that pays attention to every detail of the ingredients to ensure that the diners get to experience the magic of the sea which will lead to an explosion of flavors on your palate. Every dish in the menu is a story of love and flavor which will be reinvented every three months, by Sara López and her team, to create a specially curated menu, always providing the most authentic delights of the coast of Cádiz and local products.
