Visit an Ecological Banana Plantation My family has been growing bananas for generations, with farms all over the island. I myself received academic training in Management & Auditing. A while ago I decided to close that stage of my life. For a few years now, out of a genuine interest to sustainable agriculture and our environment, I dedicate myself to organic and waste-free agriculture, adapting and modernizing the family farms towards the future to which we should all aspire.
