Its location it is a real priviledge. "Bajo los Tilos" is an old farm house nearly two centuries old. Steeped in history it retains original features and now completely refurbished it offers first class rural accommodation. The building has two floors. o-n the ground floor there is a reception, a lounge with fireplace, a dining-room and a small bar. The top floor is reserved for the 6 bedrooms the hotel has, all of which are double with en suite bathroom. Santianes del Agua is small and quiet village situated in the Ribera of Sella Valley. Here you will find the true "Asturias" a green paradise of forest, mountains and rivers with the sea lying a mere five minutes away. You can choose from a variety of walks from the hotel. You may climb to Mofrechu for spectacular views or visit The Tinganon Caves and hopefully cast an eye o-n the local fauna, including the well-know birds of prey. Should you however decide to take your car, we will advise you o-n local places of interest well worth a visit. You won't need a compass or a 4x4 because we are easily accesible via the N-634 main road as well as the main motorway of the Cantabrico
