The restaurant Brasa d'Or is a project born in August 2002 in Lleida when Oscar Ruiz, then known bar owner Iris neighborhood Pardinyes, decides to give a boost to your career by opening a gastronomic restaurant higher. Brasa d'Or arises and is located near the district Mangraners Lleida, at the entrance to the city from Tarragona, Lleida in a peripheral but with great economic activity, which is at the confluence estates Friars, Mecanova and Segre, the most important city. Despite its location over industrial areas, la Brasa d'Or wants to avoid the label of a typical restaurant of the polygon. The idea is to make quality food available to those who eat it every day, but also wants to satisfy the most demanding palates, offering them a full menu of products lofty level. Almost a decade after its opening, the restaurant has established itself as one of the references in the city, not only thanks to the daily menu and dishes like paella both recognized Thursday, but also on breakfasts and Knife in the business lunch menu at family celebrations and gatherings and group companies. We gradually evolved our product range, adapting it to the needs and tastes of customers but always keeping in mind high quality products and our land, which make up the bulk of our offer.
