Right in the middle of Rioja wine area, Bodegas Marques de Arviza is one of the oldest wineries of the region. The winery was founded in 1874 and it's been build over more than 500m of subterrain caves "calados" from the 16th and 18th centuries. After a long inactive period and a mayor restoring job, now it is open to show the truth of its "calados" and its limited production wines.
