About

In Alfarnate, La Venta de Alfarnate dates back to the 13th century, being considered the oldest in Andalusia. Due to numerous stories and legends that revolve around it, it is considered a true popular monument, not today the Museum of Andalusian Banditry shelters. Through it have passed all kinds of characters and all social classes: muleteers, straperlists, bandits, ... to King Alfonso XIII himself and San Jose de Calasanz, not forgetting artists, painters, etc. The Sale of Alfarnate remains true to its principles, its mystery and romantic magic. Its cuisine is based primarily on Andalusian cuisine and Andalusian jacket, highlighting among its dishes: Alfarnate crumbs, beast eggs, goat steak, fried blood sausage with tomatoes or scrambled eggs with aniseed porridge.
