The Regency Restaurant is the resort’s main restaurant, serving lunch and dinner, as well as our very popular Big Breakfast – enjoy as much you want of what you like! The view is even more breath-taking than it is elsewhere. Whether you’re sitting on the spectacular open terrace or in the inside dining area, a clear glass wall allows awe-inspiring views of the Atlantic Ocean and the island of La Gomera, on the horizon. The ambience is warm, friendly and lively, while the service is highly professional. This delicate balance is maintained, under the watchful and experienced eye of Canarian chef Victor Cruz. Victor has a well-deserved reputation on Tenerife, for the unique combination of quality cuisine and atmosphere he creates. Central to the Regency experience is Victor’s carefully planned menu, designed to offer you dishes that make the most of Tenerife’s abundant ingredients, in season - whether it’s fresh tuna, sun-ripened tomatoes, oregano or lamb.
