Cultural, gastronomic and artistic center next to the Puerta del Sol in Madrid. Our menu maintains the essence of authentic traditional cuisine with a selection of the best dishes and products of our land. We offer our guests the true flavors, textures and philosophy of the rich cuisine of La Mancha and Madrid in a unique and cozy space. We have a menu, daily menu and personalized menus for groups of up to 110 people. In our 5 rooms (with large auditorium with stage) we carry out literary days, concerts, conferences, workshops, book presentations, wine tasting, business and family events, urban weddings and birthdays. A place in the center of the city where quixotic souls, based on tradition, create the culture of the XXI century in an open, plural and respectful space with all citizens.
