Central Mexicana Restaurante & Tequila is a mexican restaurant founded in december of 2010 by their current owners, Salvador Ventura, Marta Gonzalez and Cuauhtemoc Nava. The main focus of the restaurant is to represent at its best, mexican gastronomy. Along with an urban esthetic and contemporary design, we offer dishes that can be found in both north and southern regions of México. We are also big entusiastics of tequila and mezcal, so if you are ever in Madrid you cannot miss the chance to come and taste our margaritas, which in many of our costumers words, are one of a kind. We have two other restaurants, one in Pozuelo de Alarcón and one in Majdahonda. We can only hope to expand in the near future so we can keep cooking and mixing margaritas!
