Central Mexicana Restaurante & Tequila is a mexican restaurant founded in december of 2010 by their current owners,Salvador Ventura , Marta Gonzalez and Cuauhtemoc Nava. The main focus of the restaurant is to represent at its best mexican gastronomy. Along with an urban esthetic and contemporary design, we offer dishes that can be found in both north and southern regions. We are also big entusiastics of tequila and mezcal, so if you are ever in Madrid you cannot miss the chance to come and taste our margaritas, wich in many of our costumers words, are one of a kind. In the last tree years we have opened two other restaurants in Madrid and one in Alicante, and we can only hope to expand in the near future so we can keep cooking and mixing margaritas!
