We are honest greens, a real food concept created in 2017 that today has restaurants in Madrid, Barcelona and Lisbon. Our food is unprocessed and made in-house daily without additives, preservatives or refined sugars. We like to eat and cook food that is local and responsibly sourced, that is why we support nearby farmers, suppliers and artisans who use sustainable methods.
