Ahead of his time, Faustino had a clear objective: to sell only the best free-range hams of the meadows of Extremadura, cured in Jabugo, Cumbres Mayores or Guijuelo. The three generations that inherited this tradition of excellence have not only maintained this spirit intact but also made it grow by increasing their offer of pure Iberian ham and widening their range of gourmet products from the best brands. This vast range of viands has been selected with exquisite taste by the current owner of the company: Alberto Lopez.
