The Taberna-Mesón Los Chanquetes de Pedro De Miguel is located in the Las Letras neighborhood of Madrid, in a building whose construction dates to no less than 1857. At number 2 of Moratín Street, and being a neighbor of the Streets of Cervantes, Lope de Vega or Quevedo have been serving their best food to neighbors and illustrious personalities for almost five decades. It has always been characterized by its home cooking. From the beginning, Carmen Puentes worried that her dishes were made with the homemade recipes of a lifetime and of course with a lot of love. The RABO DE TORO stew was his first success, after which dishes such as the CALLOS A LA MADRILEÑA, the CROQUETAS las LAS POTAS REVOLCONAS CON TORREZNOS or the BOQUERONES EN VINAGRE followed.
