Stablished 1973, O'Caldiño is a benchmark for traditional Galician cuisine in Madrid, recognized not only for its quality food, but also for its excellent service and welcoming atmosphere. Located in the heart of Barrio de Salamanca, our restaurant is divided into two rooms. The front has a large bar where you can enjoy delicious, hearty sharing plates as well as meat or fish dishes, and a large, cozy room in the back perfect for dining with friends, family, clients and business associates. All of our menu items are made with the highest quality and freshest ingredients in the market, featuring our Galician style octopus, shoulder of pork with turnip tops and our famous homemade Galician pie filled with cod, baby squid, tuna, and scallops; not to mention our tradicional Galician soup which or restaurant gets its name from. You can savor all our dishes combining them with a good glass of Albariño or a Ribeiro.
