The Pinsa Romana is a style of pizza originating in Rome, which is said to be the origin of pizza. A dough with great hydration, with a fermentation of 48-72h which gives it great digestibility. On this basis we build our recipes, adding the best products brought directly from Italy. Since 2017 PinsaPizza has been awarded by countless specialized media as one of the best pizzerias in Madrid.
