SANTARCANGELO offers dishes from different regions of their own Italian cuisine. In his letter we find antipasti, such as Carpaccio, the Provola or some of their salads, as Capresse or Prosciutto and Grana D'Anatra Pere (Kaiser pear salad, duck ham and shavings of Grana cheese on arugula baby) ; to continue their wide selection of pasta, rice, meat or pizzas. As a final touch, we can conclude with simply irresistible desserts. In addition to the menu items prepared by the Chef, we find three dishes created exclusively by renowned chef Andres Madrigal, which reinterprets Italian cuisine with a twist : gnoqui the cabbage, potato egg with bacon and tiramisu strawberry compote. And the kitchen Madrigal (awarded two Michelin stars for his work in El Olivo (2001) and Alboroque (2009) and Soul Bistro Madrigal) is characterized by complement fluently ingredients from many different sources, formalized in a trend towards minimalism.
