Hostel Malaga City
About
The Hostel Malaga City is an hostel placed in the center of Malaga. We have plenty of spacious and colorful rooms in a modern 3-floor builing, newly restructured (in June 2016) and still presenting a beautiful style typical of the 19th century, such as marble stairs and fronting onto a beautiful courtyard with marble stairs , giving great beauty to the building. At the Hostel Malaga City we love our costumers and would like them to feel at ease in in a friendly and relaxed environment. Hostel Malaga city is located in the center of Malaga but easily accessible by car, making it the perfect place for backpackers and tourists who want to explore the city, looking for culture, or simply tapas! For example, it takes just 3 minutes to get to the Picasso Museum. The Malaga Cathedral, the Alcazaba , the Roman Theatre, the very famous street Larios and the Docks are "por supuesto" incredibly close to the strucure, just a few minutes walk from our hostel. The Pompidou museum , the MIMMA (Museo Interactivo de la Música de Málaga) and the museum of Glass are are other cultural offerings you can find in Málaga, and yet very close to our Hostel. Last but not the least, the Hostel is also very close to the recenlty renovated Mercado de la Merced, a great place where one can go "tapear" (if you had not known yet, yes: in Spanish there is a verb for the action of going for tapas!). The "Malagueta" beach is also a well-known attraction in Málaga. You can certainly go there for having a bath in the sea, but much more! Full with little bar-restaurants (the so-called "chiringutos") you will certainly very soon feel like tasting some of the best grilled fish of Andalucía, the "boquerones" for example, and (why not?) enjoying your meal with a glass of refreshing sangría or tinto de verano? Like all hostels, our Hostel Malaga City has a shared kitchen too, perfect for for guests looking to cook for themselves in between sight-seeing or relaxing while sharing stories with the other guests or planning your day out using the free wi-fi.
