This story started seventy years ago, when José Luis Fernández López, born in the Galician Village of Estoupelo, arrived in Argentina looking for a better future. In 1995, after a lot of hard work, effort and personal sacrifice, he was able to open a restaurant named Puerto Cristal in the famous neightborhood of Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires.
