Ta-Kumi, "craftsman" and "master". A word that sums up the spirit and essence of our house, in addition to the union of the two chefs, Toshio and Álvaro (TA) in the same team (KUMI), our reason for being. From Japan to Marbella, Ta-Kumi represents the gastronomic culmination of the project of both chefs, who crossed paths to offer, from Malaga and Marbella, a space in which product and technique are the hallmarks.
