It is never too late to start something new and everything takes time. My name is Hans-Josef and I've been traveling around Germany as an IT person for many years. Now I live for some years in Mallorca and grow olives, which I myself in his own small mill process and sell as olive oil. I like working in harmony with nature, creating a gourmet product and getting in touch with all the interesting customers. The Mediterranean with its excellent climate supports me - or is the basis - in my activities.
