Kairiku brings to Mallorca a unique concept in Japanese cuisine: omakase, which means "I trust the chef". Located in the old cellar of an 18th century Mallorcan house, you can enjoy a tasting menu on a single table to share. Our chef masterfully executes a menu which he chooses and creates with the best produce from the market, a unique delight with the objective of preparing a feast for his clients. Seven methodical steps… in true authentic Japanese style where the flavours, textures and undertones make this experience something different and surprising. All of the dishes are paired with a selection of Premium sakes, Japanese beers, Matcha tea, yuzu water and original cocktails.
