El Xuroy has 46 bedrooms each with full bathroom, terrace, fan and safety deposit box. It also has a dining room, lounge and restaurant/cafeteria on the best terrace shaded by pine trees in Menorca, right on the edge of the beach. Swimming pool, chidren's pool, sun-bathing terraces and private parking are other facilities that the Xuroy offers its clients. Since 1950 hte Xuroy has been run by the owner's family.
