Casa La Sonrisa is a fully renovated farmhouse situated in the hamlet of Hedeso, in the northern Spanish province of Burgos. This stylishly refurbished Casa Rural (small rural hotel) probably dates from the eighteenth century. Visit our Casa Rural and stay in a beautiful rural setting. The house stands in a piece of unspoilt Spain. On the ground floor are the dining room, lounge and bar. Here we have retained the authentic character of the old farmhouse whilst adapting it and its facilities to the demands of our time. The first and second floors have been completely rebuilt because it was simply impossible to adjust their layout to modern requirements. The bedrooms are designed to ensure a comfortable night's sleep and all have luxurious en suite bathrooms. Overall, the interior combines functional modern design with original elements. The spacious apartment on the second floor also has an extra room and a compact kitchen. For children there is a snug sleeping platform up among the rafters. The house has a terrace with panoramic views over the valley, a swimming pool and Wi-Fi, and there is TV in every room.
