The Horno de San Juan restaurant is located on Burgos street 11, as well as on the N-1 regional road, traversing through Miranda de Ebro with one of its sides situated next to the Ebro River. Located at only 1.7km from the AP-1 motorway and 4km from the AP-66 motorway. More than 25 years of experience have turned the Horno de San Juan restaurant into a landmark in the province of Burgos. Carefully selected raw materials, traditional Castilian cuisine and the best elaboration thanks to the kitchen staff led by our Head Chef, are the 3 essential ingredients needed for this to be possible. It stands out due to its warm and welcoming atmosphere with Castilian decor, with capacity for 125 diners. We have a wood-fired oven for our PGI suckling lamb, a must in the lands of the province of Burgos where the cuisine revolves around the Churra sheep. In addition, we offer a complete menu and an extensive range of wines. From Monday to Friday, we offer the menu of the day with 4 starters, 4 main dishes and 4 desserts to choose from, bread, water, wine and coffee. On weekends and holidays, we also have special menus available. We have special halls for private events, with a capacity for up to 350 people
