Located in Güeñu/Bueño, only a 5-minute drive from Oviedo, our venue offers the perfect opportunity for Asturians and foreigners alike to explore the enchanting world of the hórreo: from its origins and evolution to its various types, and the secret behind its longevity and functionality. Our delightful panera from 1856, adorned with the distinct Carreño style, is open for visitation, along with two exciting hórreo assembly workshops scheduled daily at 12:00 and 16:30. The exhibition presents an informative and engaging discourse that caters to all ages, especially children. Subsequently, visiting the village offers a firsthand experience to appreciate the significant legacy of the ethnographic heritage, preserved through its 47 hórreos. Prior booking by email is mandatory for organized group visits.
