Fully equipped Yoga Studio in Costa Brava, in beautiful village Torroella de Montgrí. We offer group and private professional yoga lessons with well trained professionals aimed at transmiting the ancient knowledge of Yoga in all its depth. Varied schedule depending in yoga experience of participants. We have all required equipment plus wall ropes, chairs, Feet Up trainers, blocks, blankets, planks... We cater for quality and individual needs of each student. We also offer therapies such as Singing Bowls healing treatments and wide variety of massage. Possibility to book private individual or group lessons for events, in the studio or outdoors in the nature or beach. During summer time we also offer SUP YOGA in Estartit, with the Medes Islands as a magical background landscape. We speak fluent English and can teach both in English and French, as well as Spanish and Catalan.
