In 2010 - before the big Gin-hype began, Eva & Stefan distilled their first batch of Gin for a winery they were working for and enjoyed it so much, they decided to open their own distillery. They started Gin Eva in 2012 – a regional artisan hand crafted Gin focusing on local ingredients from Mallorca starting with fresh citrus and local gown Juniper. “Eva and I enjoy the freedom of creating spirits, it´s like being a chef and having an immediate result, very different to growing grapes and then producing the wine! We love good drinks and food and enjoy relaxing at cocktail bars. Our favourite cocktails are Sours, but nothing can beat a wet Martini, preferably with Fino Sherry instead of Vermouth.”
