El caminito is the brainchild of Eddie Hart and the team behind “El Camino Restaurant” in Palma. As the name suggests El caminito will be a smaller “Sibling” of el camino and is located in Carrer de los Caputxines 2 minutes walk from the existing restaurant in Carrer de C’an Brondo. El caminito with serve small small, Spanish influenced (but not limited too) dishes, celebrating Spanish cold meats and international cheeses. There will be a concise selection of daily changing fish, meat and vegetable dishes concentrating on seasonality and working with local suppliers and producers.
