Es Brollador is a family-run restaurant with Mallorcan roots, which produces recipes rescued from centuries-old Mallorcan cuisine with a touch of Mediterranean modernity. In the Serra de Tramuntana, in Es Passeig of the beautiful town of Esporles, we have an outdoor terrace where you can enjoy any of the specialties that we offer in our menu. An informal llonguet or a pa amb oli after an excursion through nature. If you prefer, you can eat in our dinning room or on our indoor terrace. The greatest joy of our team is to start each day with the best ingredients and the freshest ones and to have the privilege of transforming them into a cuisine deliciously inspired by the best Mallorcan dishes. We started the business more than sixteen years ago to live at the intersection of food, ar, and business. The only thing that has changed is our perspective and experience. Our mission is the same: to delight, inspire and inspire us, and above all to distribute love and food to our guests.
